Experience safe, effective, therapeutic massage
in a whole new way

For two decades Michele has been sharing her love of massage and movement therapies with clients, students and her community. She graduated from, and taught at, the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in New York, the oldest and one of the most prestigious massage schools in the country. She has been teaching clinical massage therapy, musculoskeletal anatomy, pathology, and movement for over a decade at schools in Pennsylvania, New York and Virginia.

Her experience includes working as the Cancer Support Massage Therapist at the Jewish Community Center in Manhattan, operating a mobile massage business in the Pocono Mountains, and serving as the Massage Therapy Program Director at ECPI University in Newport News.

Michele's sessions blend many modalities of both Western & Eastern bodywork, and pull from her training in medical massage, myofascial/trigger point therapy, Shiatsu, and sports massage. Her broad knowledge base and skill sets allow her the adaptability to meet each client's specific needs.

Michele is also a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor, and a STOTT Pilates Certified Instructor. She enjoys paddle boarding, reading, and hiking with her husband, and dog Callie.
